missingWrote a review on 04 Decfriendly staffgreat locationold furnituredirty environmentsafety concerns
The friendly front desk staff was a positive touch, making check-in smoother. However, the room was disappointing. the furniture felt old and the place overall seemed dirty and unkempt. I didn't feel safe due to the noise and commotion outside, especially when a distressed individual knocked on my door late at night, which heightened my anxiety. Despite the decent location with nearby restaurants, the experience left much to be desired.

reasonable stay but needs some improvements
The bathroom facilities were well-maintained and surprisingly modern, a pleasant surprise for the price. Additionally, the free parking made my arrival and departure hassle-free, which I greatly appreciated.
However, I found the room decor a bit dated and could benefit from an upgrade.

This was just a perfect match for a weekend excursion in San Jose with good value. The door was so old and thin, I could see light from outside and hear the noise through the paper-thin window. Don't forget to check for any safety concerns before staying.

The space was decent for our large family, and the location was convenient, with being close to restaurants. My sons enjoyed the nearby attractions, especially the quick access to light rail for exploring the area.
In my wife’s opinion, the missing amenities made it tough for our family, especially with no extra pillows available for comfort.

Mismanaged Chaos!
Ugh, this place was a disaster. Check-in was a mess. The lady was super unhelpful and didn’t even know the WiFi pw! Plus, I had to hunt for a taxi since they messed that up too. On a bright note, there were good Japanese spots nearby, but honestly, it’s just not worth the hassle.

Would recommend for a concise stay
Clean room, comfortable bed, with good water pressure in the shower, made our one night here very enjoyable and stress-free, especially with the location just 2 km from the nearest airport for added convenience.
Wi-Fi is not working at all!

We visited the nearby parks and local restaurants, perfect for our group getaway. The strong AC kept our room nice and cool, and housekeeping was efficient. Just a heads-up, some rooms might have different amenities, so check beforehand.

missingWrote a review on 25 Juncomfortable bedfree parkingdecent pricemissing amenitiesdated roomrude service
I stayed at the Caravelle Inn Extended Stay and found it to be decently priced for a place near the airport. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated having free parking available. However, the room felt dated and was missing basic amenities like a working main light, which made it quite dark. The Wi-Fi connection was spotty and frustrating at times when I needed to get some work done. Also, the lady at the front desk could be more welcoming. her attitude made the check-in process less pleasant. I would have liked more attention to detail in terms of customer service and room maintenance.

I had a decent stay overall. the room was clean, but some outlets didn't work, and the furnishings looked worn. The big plus was the airport transport! I'd stay again for a budget option.

I truly appreciated the warm and inviting decor throughout the hotel. The cozy seating areas in the lobby were especially welcoming, making it easy to relax and chat with fellow travelers, which I enjoyed as a senior guest.
Better accessibility features for seniors are needed.

I had a fantastic time here! The staff went above and beyond, even rolling out breakfast just for me when I arrived late. Plus, the location is super convenient for everything – you won't have to go far for yummy food and quick transport.

missingWrote a review on 27 Marroom accessibility
Check-in felt like an endless wait, as rooms weren’t ready until precisely 3 PM despite prior payments, with numerous guests in line. Also, the lack of a microwave and refrigerator in the King Room was disappointing, especially since the listing claimed otherwise. On top of that, the dated décor of the room seemed stuck in another era, with malfunctioning lights and noisy disturbances from outside limiting comfort and relaxation.
